Troubleshooting and Technical Support to diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues.
Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure management and operations best practices.
Excellent communication and collaboration to work with cross-functional teams.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
Industry certifications such as CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Security+, or Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate are a plus.
