Job summary

Crossroads Courier, Inc. in Saint Louis, MO is seeking an Information Systems Administrator to serve as the primary IT contact for employees, handling Microsoft 365 administration, device management, onboarding, vendor coordination, and day-to-day tech support.

This on-site role offers a 8:30 AM–5:30 PM schedule with after-hours as needed, and a compensation range of $55,000–$85,000. Ideal candidates will have 3+ years in desktop support or IT generalist roles, experience with Intune,

Qualifications

• 3+ years of desktop support, systems administration, or IT generalist experience.
• Intune or endpoint management experience.
• User onboarding and offboarding experience.
• Experience managing hardware and technology assets.
• Vendor management and issue resolution experience.
• Basic networking and security troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide desktop and helpdesk support for employees.
• Administer Microsoft 365, Intune, and user accounts.
• Manage employee onboarding and offboarding.
• Deploy and maintain computers, mobile devices, and equipment.
• Coordinate with technology vendors and service providers.
• Support endpoint security, networking, printers, and connectivity.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technology issues independently.
• Help improve technology processes and user experience.
