Job summary

EFK Moen, LLC in St. Louis, MO is seeking an IT Systems Administrator to support 80+ end users and 150 endpoints across on-prem and cloud resources. This full-time role reports to the Director of Technical Operations and requires strong Windows Server, AD, and M365 expertise.

Remote or hybrid work is not available. Responsibilities include identity management with Entra ID, Intune, security controls, help desk leadership, vendor coordination, and IT project planning to scale our civil

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience managing Windows Server, Active Directory, and Group Policy in a multi-site environment.
• Experience administering Microsoft 365 workloads (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams).
• Familiarity with identity management concepts, including hybrid AD environments.
• Experience with endpoint management, patching, and deployment tools.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and user support scenarios.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day IT operations for ~80 end users across on‑prem and cloud resources.
• Lead IT Help Desk and supervise one technician.
• Coordinate with MSPs and vendors for security, patching, and projects.
• Implement and monitor MFA, Conditional Access, and device compliance policies.
