Job summary

Seyer Industries is seeking a Systems Administrator to join our on-site team in Saint Peters, MO. You will manage servers, networking, and desktops, while supporting Microsoft 365 GCC High, Entra ID, Intune, and Box Enterprise for secure collaboration.

You will work with CNC connectivity, Harmoni monitoring, and ERP infrastructure to maintain production uptime, document changes, and automate tasks with PowerShell. Strong leadership and a proactive attitude are valued.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on systems administration in Windows Server/AD environments.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 administration (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, Intune) and Entra ID.
• Solid networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPN, firewalls).
• Experience with VMware vSphere and Veeam Backup & Replication; backups and restores tested.
• Experience supporting Windows and macOS devices.
• PowerShell scripting for admin tasks.
• Ability to write clear technical docs and follow change control.
• Strong organizational skills and multi-tasking ability.
• Ability to learn on the job and handle diverse users with a positive attitude.
• Leadership skills and a positive approach.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain servers, networks, backups, phone systems, and end-user devices across facilities.
• Manage Microsoft 365 GCC High, Entra ID, Intune, and Box Enterprise for secure access and compliance.
• Support CNC connectivity, shop-floor tech, Harmoni monitoring, and ERP infrastructure to maximize uptime.
• Collaborate with IT and Operations to troubleshoot and coordinate system upgrades.
• Maintain system documentation and follow change-management procedures; automate with PowerShell.
• Monitor performance and participate in incident response and after-hours rotation.
