Peaden Air Conditioning, Plumbing & Electrical is seeking a User Support Technician to join our Panama City, Florida team. This on-site role provides technology support to employees, with travel to other locations as needed.

You’ll start by resolving everyday tech issues and will gain exposure to Microsoft administration, device management, automation, scripting, security, and potentially app development as you grow.

Qualificações

• Strong general computer and technology skills; able to learn unfamiliar systems.
• Basic Windows troubleshooting experience.

Responsabilidades

• Provide friendly, responsive technical support to employees.
• Troubleshoot Windows computers, software, accounts, and common technology issues.
• Assist with iPhones, iPads, and other company devices.
• Help set up equipment and technology access for new employees.
• Troubleshoot basic network and connectivity issues.
• Assist with user accounts, permissions, password resets, and access-related requests.
• Track technology equipment, inventory, and assigned assets.
• Document issues, solutions, and completed work.
• Escalate more complex technical issues when appropriate.
• Follow technology and information-security best practices.
• Take ownership of assigned requests and follow them through to completion.
• Travel to other Peaden locations as needed to provide hands-on technology support.
• Continue developing your technical knowledge as our systems and organization grow
