Job summary

Insitu is seeking a Warehouse Materials Coordinator to work onsite in Bingen, WA. You will load, unload, receive shipments, inspect materials, and manage inventory while coordinating material flow to meet production and shipping schedules.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED with 2 years of related experience, basic computer skills, and ability to operate warehouse equipment. Training in FOD/ESD and supply databases is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma / GED and 2 years of related experience; or a comparable combination of education and experience.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment (e.g. forklift, turret truck, stock picker).
• Previous training in Foreign Object Damage (FOD), Electrostatic Discharge (ESD), and Supply databases.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, and move parts and materials.
• Receive and inspect shipments and deliveries.
• Triaging, inspecting, and receiving items for compliance with requirements.
• Review and assign return material authorizations.
• Process scrap material for disposal.
• Maintain manual or computerized inventory records.
• Perform kitting for new builds, rework, and returns.
• Pick, issue, and pack material for outbound shipments to ASTM standards.
• Coordinate flow of materials between sections and suppliers according to schedules.
• Resolve receiving, kitting, shipping, non-conforming material issues.

What you’ll do:

• Loading, unloading, and moving parts and materials.
• Receiving and inspecting shipments and deliveries.
• Triaging, inspecting, and receiving parts and/or documents for compliance to requirements and written procedures.
• Receiving, reviewing, and assigning return material authorizations.
• Processing scrap material for disposal.
• Compiling and maintaining manual or computerized records, such as material inventory, in‑process reports, and status and location of materials.
• Performs kitting for new builds, rework and return materials and fulfill requests as needed.
• Picking, issuing and packing material for outbound shipments to ASTM standards.
• Coordinating the flow of materials, parts, and assemblies between sections, departments, or suppliers according to production and shipping schedules or department priorities.
• Resolves receiving, kitting, shipping, non‑conforming material, return material or source issues.

Education & Experience:

High School Diploma / GED and 2 years of related experience; OR comparable combination of education and experience. Basic computer proficiency.

Preferred Education & Experience:

Ability to operate warehouse equipment (e.g. forklift, turret truck, stock picker) Previous training in Foreign Object Damage (FOD), Electrostatic Discharge (ESD), and Supply databases.
