Job summary

Pilatus Aircraft USA Ltd. is launching a new PC-12 final assembly operation in Sarasota, Florida. We seek a hands-on IT Support Specialist to provide reliable local support and connect Sarasota with US and Swiss IT organizations.

The successful candidate will train with Pilatus IT teams in Stans, Switzerland and Broomfield, Colorado during the first 9 months, including international and domestic travel.

Qualifications

• Education or vocational training in information technology, computer systems or related field; equivalent relevant professional experience may be considered.
• Three or more years of IT support, desktop support or site-support experience.
• Strong working knowledge of Windows devices, Microsoft 365, printers, LAN/Wi‑Fi troubleshooting.
• Experience with user-account administration, access management, endpoint deployment and asset management.
• Ability to troubleshoot systematically, document solutions clearly and know when to escalate.
• Strong service orientation and communication skills across technical levels.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary on-site contact for Sarasota IT incidents, service requests and user questions.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, printing, mobile-device, network, Wi‑Fi issues and escalate as needed.
• Install, configure, deploy and support laptops, workstations, mobile devices, printers and meeting-room tech.
• Support Microsoft 365, Windows applications, Teamcenter and shop-floor tools.
• Coordinate onboarding, transfers and offboarding, including accounts and access rights.
• Support setup and growth of the Sarasota IT environment, coordinating with central IT.
