Cardinal Health in Denver, CO is seeking an IT Client Support professional to provide Tier 2+ support for desktops, laptops, and warehouse technologies at the Denver Distribution facility. You will be the sole IT support at the site, with potential after-hours and weekend activities, and secondary support for Englewood location.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor's degree or equivalent, 2+ years in IT, and familiarity with Windows 10, SCCM, ServiceNow, and Office 365, plus knowledge of RF scanners

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• 2+ years experience in related field preferred.
• Experience in a warehouse environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 2+ IT support for desktops, laptops, and warehouse technologies.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software.
• Collaborate with end users and vendors to resolve incidents.
• Prioritize requests and escalate as needed.
• Act as primary site IT support with possible after-hours work.
