The candidate will manage technical project plans, action items, and meeting minutes while providing coordination support across stakeholders and contractors.

Qualifications

• Must have active Top Secret/SCI clearance with a Favorable Polygraph.
• On-site work only (100%).
• Experience in program planning and coordination support.
• Proficiency with JIRA and Confluence.
• Strong MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop technical project plans, processes, reports, and contract briefings.
• Identify and track program action items while monitoring ongoing projects.
• Coordinate project schedules and capture meeting minutes.
• Provide program planning and coordination support.
• Organize and facilitate meetings and presentations.
• Assist the program sponsor with assessing, documenting, and tracking program requirements.
• Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and contractors.
• Collaborate within cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
• Set priorities, implement tasking, and deliver outputs per schedules and standards.
• Provide technical consultation and support for technical briefings.
