Job summary

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier I technical support to end-users via phone, email, Teams, or in-person.
• Collaborate with IT teams to resolve complex issues and escalate when necessary.
• Coordinate with vendors and third-party providers for repairs or onboarding.
