Qualifications

• 3+ years in a Service Desk/Help Desk environment.

• Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, ITIL are strongly preferred.
• Experience with Service Desk tools (Service Desk Plus/ServiceNow/Zendesk).
• Ability to work on-site 100% with strong problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1 support via web portal, phone, email, and chat.
• Administer user accounts and MFA, and manage password resets.
• Install and configure hardware, software, and security settings.
• Troubleshoot connectivity, VPN, and office network issues.
• Manage and document tickets with clear resolution steps.
