Job summary

Otterbein SeniorLife is seeking an experienced IT Generalist/Field Technician based in Lebanon, OH. This full-time role involves performing general maintenance, troubleshooting, and providing end-user support across various locations.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of IT support experience, be knowledgeable in MS Office and network systems, and possess strong communication skills. The position offers a supportive working environment and is part of a dedicated team serving the community.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience supporting IT needs for multiple locations.
• Must be able to lift up to 75 lb, climb ladders and maneuver in cramped IT closets.
• Experience with Office 365 in a hybrid environment.

Responsibilities

• Respond to calls, emails, and tickets to resolve end‑user issues.
• Prepare and deploy new equipment, including end‑user devices.
• Support organization‑wide Hikvision Camera System.
