Job summary

Ares Enterprise, LLC is seeking an experienced Dedicated Executive Support Specialist to deliver VIP IT field support to senior leadership within the command suite. You will install, update, and troubleshoot hardware, software, and mobile devices, manage incidents in ServiceNow, and work adjacent to DoD compliance requirements.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret clearance required.
• DoD 8140 / DCWF role requirements for Technical Support Specialist (411) – Intermediate level.
• IAT Level II certification (e.g., Security+ CE, CySA+, GSEC, CCNA Security, or equivalent) or ability to obtain within 45 business days.
• TFAT and DAU Technical Support Specialist (411) Intermediate playlist completed within 45 business days.
• Hands-on Tier 2 desktop administration, software support, hardware troubleshooting, AD management, and MDM.
• VIP/executive support experience with high professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Embedded Tier 1/2 technical lead for executive leadership; hands-on troubleshooting.
• Manage laptops, desktops, tablets, monitors, printers, projectors, and smartphones; ensure security.
• Verify proper working condition of executive devices before travel.
• Support MS 365, SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, Windows 11, iOS; troubleshoot apps.
• Conduct tailored, hands-on training for executives on devices and tools.
• Collaborate with leadership to identify pain points and drive IT improvements.
• Log and manage high-priority incidents in ServiceNow; escalate to tier 3/4 as needed.
• Maintain after-hours availability for urgent outages.
