Job summary

Qualifications
- Provide on-site technical support, troubleshooting PC, MAC, application, AV, and network connectivity issues.
- Manage and prioritize ServiceNow tickets.
- Perform maintenance and support of technology within conference rooms.
Responsibilities
- Support and maintain all technology within conference rooms.
- Troubleshoot and solve issues with Microsoft Teams Rooms.
- Provide remote hands support guided by the network operations team.

Knowledge of Microsoft applications
Organized and detail-oriented
Education
2+ years of on-site technical support experience or degree in related discipline
