Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and erection plans.
• Experience with structural steel erection or PEMB installation on commercial/industrial projects.
• Proficient use of hand and power tools for steel erection.
• Comfort working at heights with fall protection and safety procedures.
• Strong safety awareness and OSHA standards adherence.
• Physical ability to lift, carry, and move materials outdoors in varying weather.
• Effective teamwork and communication with crew and supervisors.
• Reliable transportation to Madison-area job sites and flexible schedules.
• Prior ironwork/PEMB experience preferred; apprenticeship or trade training a plus.
• Current safety certifications (OSHA 10/30, fall protection, equipment operation) beneficial but not required.

Responsibilities
