Primoris Energy Services Corp is seeking experienced Ironworkers to join our team. You will be responsible for constructing, assembling, and erecting structural steel and pre-engineered metal buildings, following project specs and safety standards.

Responsibilities include reading blueprints, rigging for crane operations, welding and bolting components, and ensuring precise alignment. A high school diploma and ironworking experience are required, with OSHA certification preferred; travel may be

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Proven Ironworker experience.
• Ability to read blueprints and structural drawings.
• Proficiency with welding, cutting, and bolting.
• Familiarity with rigging and signaling for crane operations.
• OSHA 10 or 30 certification preferred.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and physical.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to determine layout and installation procedures.
• Erect steel and pre-engineered metal building components using cranes, hoists, and welding apparatus.
• Cut, weld, and bolt steel and other metal structures to precise specifications.
• Install iron and steel girders, columns, and other structural components.
• Connect columns, beams, and girders with bolts, ensuring proper alignment and fit.
• Perform rigging and signaling duties for crane operations.
• Operate aerial lifts, forklifts, and other heavy equipment safely and efficiently.
• Inspect structures for proper alignment, leveling, and plumbing.
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures, including PPE.
• Collaborate with other trades and team members to meet schedule and budget.
• Perform routine maintenance and inspection of tools and equipment.
