Job summary

KEH Camera is seeking a hands-on Business Analyst to drive reporting, forecasting, and insight generation across inventory, operations, purchasing, and related functions. This in-person role supports senior leadership with dashboards, models, and analyses to enable faster, clearer decisions.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in data-heavy roles, strong SQL/Tableau/Excel skills, and experience turning data into actionable business recommendations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a data-heavy analyst, data analyst, analytics, reporting, or similar role.
• Strong proficiency in SQL, Tableau, and Excel for large datasets and recurring reporting.
• Experience building dashboards, forecasting models, and analytical tools that support decision-making.
• Ability to analyze inventory, operations, purchasing, financial data and translate findings into actions.
• Excellent communication, detail-orientation, and ownership of data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Reporting accuracy: create, maintain, and improve recurring business reporting and dashboards.
• Data integrity: build SQL-based data pulls and reconciliations across systems.
• Stakeholder support: translate needs into technical outputs and recommendations.
• Build and maintain Tableau dashboards for inventory, operations, purchasing, and executive reporting.
• Use SQL, Excel, and other tools to extract, transform, and analyze data from multiple sources.
• Produce month-end inventory reports and explain monthly variances and drivers.
• Develop forecasting models to anticipate demand and optimize inventory.
• Identify process improvements and recommend actions to boost performance.
• Collaborate with inventory, operations, purchasing, merchandising, finance, and leadership to gather requirements.
• Translate business questions into technical specs and outputs for consistent use by stakeholders.
• Prepare presentations that communicate complex findings practically.
• Investigate data quality issues and reconcile conflicting sources.
• Continuously improve analytical tools and reporting processes.
