Responsabilidades

• Support analytics related to inventory, supply chain, in-stock levels, labor, and expenses.
• Partner with business and IT teams to understand requirements and translate them into data solutions and reporting tools.

Job Description

We are seeking a Junior to Mid-Level Data Analyst to join the Retail & Store Operations team and support data analytics and business insights across Inventory, Supply Chain, In-Stock, Labor, and Expenses. The ideal candidate will have 2–4 years of hands-on experience with SQL, data visualization, and data manipulation, along with experience in retail, consumer packaged goods (CPG), supply chain, or operations analytics. This role will support several upcoming technology and innovation initiatives, including the rollout of RFID scanners in stores to improve inventory management and product availability, as well as the implementation of robot assistants and robot shoppers at lower-performing stores.

• Write and optimize SQL queries to extract, analyze, and structure data for business reporting and analytical workflows.
• Create and maintain structured datasets and tables to support reporting and analytics.
