Job summary

RS Integrated Supply in McPherson, KS, is seeking an Inventory Specialist to manage on-site storeroom operations, including receiving, stocking, issuing, and cycle counting. The role emphasizes accurate inventory control and strong customer service for client needs.

You will work a training-influenced schedule with initial 8:00am–5:00pm days, then rotating shifts, using ERP and inventory systems to track stock and locate items as required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and phone skills.
• Proficient in Windows and Microsoft Office; familiarity with inventory systems.
• Detail oriented and well-organized; ability to follow procedures.

Responsibilities

• Follow site Safety and Security Procedures; report unsafe conditions.
• Provide professional level of customer service to internal and external customers.
• Unpack received material, verify against packing slip/PO, and enter data into ERP systems.
• Issue materials to client; pull, stage and kit material as required.
• Perform cycle counts and maintain inventory accuracy.
