Job summary

Airlogix is seeking a Warehouse & Inventory Coordinator in Astoria, NY, on-site. You’ll receive, organize, and stock inventory, support purchasing, and coordinate fleet logistics to keep service calls moving.

The role emphasizes ownership, efficiency, and accuracy. You’ll work with ServiceTrade and Google Suite, operate forklifts, and help sustain over $2.5 million in inventory while supporting up to 50 technicians and 40 fleet vehicles. Competitive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of warehouse, inventory, logistics, or operations experience preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities with minimal supervision.
• Forklift and pallet jack experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, organize, and stock incoming inventory and materials.
• Pull parts, tools, and equipment for technicians and project teams.
• Maintain accurate inventory levels and warehouse organization.
• Coordinate shipping, receiving, returns, and vendor deliveries.
• Assist with fleet support, equipment tracking, and warehouse logistics.
• Continuously optimize warehouse layout and storage efficiency.
• Maintain a clean, safe, professional warehouse environment.
• Utilize ServiceTrade and Google Suite to communicate and coordinate activities.
• Identify process improvements that increase efficiency and reduce waste.
• Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely and effectively.
• Lift, move, and mobilize tools, materials, and equipment up to 50 pounds.
