Airlogix in Astoria, NY is seeking a Warehouse & Inventory Coordinator to serve as the operational backbone for service teams. You will manage inventory, stock control, and parts distribution to support up to 50 technicians and 40 fleet vehicles.

This on-site role emphasizes ownership, proactive problem-solving, and efficient processes. Expect a steady schedule, exposure to purchasing support, fleet coordination, and ongoing training opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of warehouse, inventory, logistics, or operations experience preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication skills with technicians, vendors, and office personnel.
• Forklift and pallet jack experience preferred.
• Ability to perform physical warehouse duties including lifting up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, organize, and stock incoming inventory and materials.
• Pull parts, tools, and equipment for technicians and project teams.
• Maintain accurate inventory levels and warehouse organization.
• Support purchasing activities and material replenishment efforts.
• Coordinate shipping, receiving, returns, and vendor deliveries.
• Assist with fleet support, equipment tracking, and warehouse logistics.
• Continuously optimize warehouse layout and storage efficiency.
• Maintain a clean, safe, professional warehouse environment.
• Utilize ServiceTrade and Google Suite to communicate and coordinate activities.
• Identify process improvements that increase efficiency and reduce waste.
• Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely and effectively.
• Lift, move, and mobilize tools, materials, and equipment up to 50 pounds.
