Job summary

American Exchange Group is seeking an Inventory Control Supervisor for AELogistix/Shiplogiq at 375 E Markham St, Perris, CA 92571. The role emphasizes cycle counting, discrepancy resolution, root-cause analysis, and improving inventory accuracy across multiple clients in a fast-paced 3PL environment.

You will own inventory accuracy, lead daily/weekly/monthly counts, investigate variances, maintain WMS records, and partner with Receiving, B2B, DTC, and Production teams to prevent errors.

Qualifications

• 3+ years inventory control experience in a warehouse/3PL.
• Strong WMS experience and data accuracy focus.
• Detail-oriented with analytical mindset.
• Experience managing cycle counts and audits.
• Capable of performing in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

• Own inventory accuracy across all warehouse locations.
• Perform and manage daily, weekly, and monthly cycle counts.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate inventory records in the WMS.
• Partner with Receiving, B2B, DTC, and Production teams to prevent errors.
• Develop SOPs for inventory handling and adjustments.
• Prepare inventory reports for internal teams and clients.
• Support client audits and physical inventories.
• Monitor shrink, damages, and loss trends.

Job Summary

The Inventory Control Supervisor is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory across all clients and storage locations within the warehouse. This role focuses on cycle counting, discrepancy resolution, root-cause analysis, and continuous improvement of inventory accuracy in a multi-client 3PL environment.

Salary

The anticipated base salary is $72,384k-$80k annually

• Actual compensation will be determined based on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, experience, skills, education, internal equity, and location.
