Job summary

Ocean Network Express seeks an Inventory & Cost Analytics Manager to bridge warehouse activity with leadership BI. You will manage strategic lifecycle of spare parts and equipment inventory, ensure data integrity, and develop advanced reporting workflows.

The role requires cross-system reconciliation, cost optimization, and process improvements with minimal supervision. Strong analytics and ERP/CMMS experience, plus Excel/Power BI, SAP/Oracle/Maximo proficiency, are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience: 3–5+ years in parts management, inventory control, maintenance procurement, or operational data analytics.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Data Analytics, Business, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Parts & Materials Management: Direct daily parts department operations, including sourcing, receiving, stocking, and auditing.
• Inventory Control & Reconciliations: Enforce cycle-counting and bi-annual physical audits; optimize warehouse layout and labeling.
• Data Analytics & Reporting Workflows: Maintain database integrity; design dashboards and KPIs to support teams.
• Cost Optimization & Financial Analysis: Analyze PO spend trends; perform TCO analyses for mgmt review.
