Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Ability to multitask and balance demanding workload in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Outlook and Word.
• Familiarity with Google Drive, Google Sheets, and Google Docs.

Responsibilities

• Enter insurance applications into appropriate software systems.
• Create and send email communications to clients.
• Order and track scheduling of medical requirements.
• Order and track fulfillment of medical records orders.
• Follow up with clients and advisors for outstanding items.
• Finalize insurance policies in the database and forward documentation to insurance companies.
• Provide back-up phone support to Receptionist.
• Filing.
