Job summary

EPIC Insurance Brokers & Consultants is seeking an articulate administrative professional for our New Castle, PA on-site office. You will enter insurance applications, send client communications, and coordinate medical requirements and records while supporting reception and filing tasks.

The role supports the dental/medical division and interacts with clients and advisors. The ideal candidate has a High School Diploma, strong multitasking ability, and solid MS Office skills (Outlook/Word) with

COMPENSATION

Compensation will be determined based on factors such as experience, skills, training, certifications, education, internal equity, and market data. This role may also be eligible for bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package.
