You will calibrate and maintain equipment and manage spare parts while maintaining compliance with quality procedures. Travel is minimal and the focus is on reliable service delivery, documentation, and collaboration with site teams to ensure instruments operate at

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.
• 5+ years of experience in service or refurbishment activities.
• Associates or Bachelor's in Technology/Engineering preferred with service knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Provides internal service including installations, removals, upgrades, preventive maintenance, and on-demand service for instruments at the St. Louis site.
• Diagnoses and repairs instrument malfunctions to board or subassembly level to ensure optimal operation.
• Manages calibrated items and Preventive Maintenance items for the IRC department.
• Maintains accurate records of activities and completes scheduled tasks on time.
• Maintains spare parts inventory aligned with repair and financial goals.
• Performs work in compliance with quality procedures and standards.
