The role includes managing calibration and preventive maintenance programs for the IRC, maintaining records, and controlling spare parts inventory. Requires 5+ years in service or refurbishment, with a tech degree preferred and strong MS Office skills. On-site work with no travel, salary range $30–$45/hour plus annual bonus potential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• 5+ years of experience in service or refurbishment activities.
• Associates or Bachelor's degree in Technology/Engineering preferred.
• Knowledge of Preventative Maintenance and calibration systems and processes.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair instruments at the St. Louis site.
• Diagnose and repair instrument malfunctions to the board or subassembly level.
• Manage calibrated items and preventive maintenance for the IRC department.
• Maintain accurate records of service activities.
• Control spare parts inventory aligned with repair and financial objectives.
• Perform work in compliance with quality procedures and standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
