Job summary

Responsibilities

• Coordinates the installation, paperwork, and repairs for the Installation department with moderate supervision.
• Keeps management advised on issues with deliveries, material shortages, backorders and customer complaints.
• Coordinates delivery and installation of products/material at customer sites.
• Ensures customer complaints are handled in a timely manner.
• Obtains building permits and ensures local permits are obtained, inspected, and signed off.
• Tracks warranty accounts, handles claims and resolves customer complaints.
