Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to supervise and train staff, schedule installs, and coordinate with sales/fabrication.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP programs.

Responsibilities

• Schedules installs by coordinating with sales commitments, releases, and fabrication loads.
• Monitors installation schedule and coordinates delivery of materials and manpower.
• Troubleshoots problems on site and resolves quality issues with subcontractors.
• Maintains materials inventories and fabrication programs.
• Supervises assigned staff, conducts performance reviews, and addresses complaints.
• Follows safety procedures and participates in safety meetings.
