Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED and 1 year of assembly or clerical experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates delivery and installation of products/material at customer’s sites.
• Ensures customer complaints are handled in a timely manner.
• Obtains building permits and ensures that all local permits are obtained, inspected, and signed off.
• Tracks warranty accounts, handles claims and resolves customer complaints.
