Responsibilities

• Schedule installation jobs and confirm appointments with customers.
• Coordinate crews, equipment, deliveries, and crane services as needed.
• Maintain installation calendar and monitor scheduling efficiency.
• Communicate with Sales, Install Managers, Warehouse and other departments to keep projects on track.
• Review sold jobs for accuracy including pricing, scope, financing, and labor requirements.
• Process rebates and verify project closeout documentation.
