Job summary

The Bug Company is seeking a Production Associate in Hellertown, PA to support daily production activities, insect husbandry, quality control, sanitation, and inventory management. This is a full-time, on-site role with a starting pay of $19 per hour and a schedule Sunday to Thursday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM.

• Handle and work directly with live insects safely and responsibly.
• Follow established production procedures and quality standards.
• Conduct quality control inspections throughout the production process.
• Operate basic equipment: tape guns, packaging tools, and materials safely and efficiently.
• Maintain clean, organized, and sanitary work areas.
• Follow safety and handling procedures at all times.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain efficient workflow and production output.
• Assist with facility cleanliness and operational readiness.
• Work with a team to meet daily production goals.
