Job summary

ATI Worksite Solutions, a leader in MSK health, seeks an Injury Prevention Specialist in Lubbock, TX. The role focuses on assessing employee health, creating individualized improvement plans, and developing injury prevention programs on-site.

Responsibilities include observing body mechanics, documenting treatments, and coaching for continuous improvement. A Bachelor’s or Master’s in Athletic Training is preferred, with licensure or eligibility as applicable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Athletic Training required or related professional credentials.
• LICENSING: Discipline-specific license or certification as appropriate (BOC preferred).
• Basic Life Support and AED Certification value-added.

Responsibilities

• Interface with office and industrial clients to assess employee health status and create individualized improvement plans.
• Observe work performance to assess body mechanics, risk, and mitigation strategies.
• Help with medical surveillance testing and clinic operations; provide health education and training on wellness and disease prevention.

Bachelor's Degree in Athletic Training

Master’s Degree in Athletic Training

Associate degree (PTA) with licensure
