Qualifications

• Ability to manage construction budgets and schedules.
• Capability to read construction documents and prints.

Responsibilities

• Daily presence at construction sites and travel for projects.
• Management of various contractors including Mechanical and Electrical.
• Daily reporting of construction activities including logs and photos.
• Assisting in the development and management of construction schedules.
• Building rapport and communication with the end-client.
