Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering preferred.
• Experience in industrial/ manufacturing environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Familiarity with quality and safety standards in production.

Responsibilities

• Improve manufacturing processes, workflows, equipment, and methods for greater efficiency.
• Identify bottlenecks and waste, and develop practical solutions.
• Develop and implement new manufacturing processes to improve productivity, profitability, safety, and quality.
• Identify root causes of issues and drive corrective actions with stakeholders.
• Use data to evaluate performance, identify trends, and recommend best practices.
• Collaborate with engineering, production teams, supervisors, and other departments to keep schedules on track.
• Perform quality checks, document findings, and suggest improvements.
• Lead change by creating clear instructions and implementation plans.
