Job summary

Arrowhead Winch in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma is seeking an Industrial Engineer to improve manufacturing processes, increase productivity, and reduce costs. The role focuses on analyzing production methods, labor utilization, layouts, and performance to implement efficiency and quality improvements.

You will support continuous improvement initiatives, develop SOPs, and create dashboards with KPIs for leadership review. This is an on-site position requiring strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial/Manufacturing/Mechanical engineering or related field.
• 2–5+ years industrial engineering experience in manufacturing environments.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methods.
• Experience with time studies, labor analysis, and process optimization.
• Proficiency with Excel; strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Improve manufacturing processes and productivity through lean initiatives.
• Analyze labor utilization, layouts, and workflows; develop SOPs.
• Lead capacity planning, scheduling, and resource allocation efforts.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and KPIs for management review.
• Collaborate with Quality, Maintenance, and Supply Chain teams on improvements.
