Job summary

Travis Credit Union in Vacaville, CA is seeking a Supervisor, Image Capture to lead the Central Operations team. You will oversee image capture processes, checks, ACH and wire transfers across channels, while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and excellent member service.

The role requires strong leadership, experience with check imaging systems, and the ability to manage staff in a fast-paced environment. On-site schedule Monday to Friday, with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years in financial or customer service, or related role.
• 1+ year in supervisory or leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Leads, motivates and directs the Central Operations staff to ensure department accuracy and efficiency.
• Keeps abreast of Federal and State laws and regulations to ensure compliance and timely responses.
• Handles difficult and complex member situations and assists with difficult transactions.
• Supports staff with third party software/tools and coordinates updates.
• Engages with new software implementations and trains staff on department products.
• Owns vendor relationship management for the department.
• Researches and improves department processes and procedures.
• Executes monthly spot audits of staff data input.
