This entry-level role requires union affiliation or willingness to join, plus a valid driver's license and 1+ year HVAC

Qualifications

• 1+ year HVAC industry experience or servicing mechanical systems.
• Knowledge of mechanical HVAC systems and facilities management.
• Leadership to support mechanics on job sites.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Perform HVAC mechanical equipment and controls service on client sites under supervision.
• Develop troubleshooting skills to resolve technical and customer issues through coaching and mentorship.
• Communicate job progress and issues to Honeywell, contractors, and customers as needed.
• Meet attendance requirements for required Union training during the first year.
• Provide recommendations and solutions to improve facility efficiency, including upselling opportunities.
• Prepare quotes to support recommendations and solutions.
