Atlantic Constructors, Inc. in Roanoke, VA is seeking an HVAC Service Apprentice to support field installation, maintenance and service of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems at customer sites.

Key duties include assisting with on-site preventative maintenance, performing routine repairs, and applying technical training to keep systems running. Candidates should have 1+ years in a commercial HVAC mechanical role, strong diagnostic skills, and the ability to report work and follow

Qualifications

• 1+ years in a Commercial HVAC mechanical support role or equivalent
• Electrical and mechanical diagnostic skills
• Ability to complete repairs and required paperwork
• Must multi-task with minimal supervision and follow instructions
• Background checks may be required (DMV, criminal history)
• Must report to multiple job sites as assigned

Responsibilities

• Assists with on-site preventative maintenance, routine repair and calibration after installation
• Utilizes technical training to maintain systems
• Works well independently and as part of a team to ensure customer satisfaction
• Performs other job related duties as assigned
