Qualifications

• Membership or willingness to join the United Association of Journeymen and Apprentices of the Plumbing and Pipe Fitting Industry of the United States and Canada, AFL-CIO.
• 1+ year of HVAC industry experience or experience servicing mechanical systems.
• Knowledge of mechanical HVAC systems, facilities management systems, site prep, peripheral equipment installation, and servicing techniques.
• Leadership to support mechanics on non-complex HVAC equipment on job sites.
• Valid drivers license.
• Ability to prioritize safety in all forms.

Responsibilities

• Perform HVAC mechanical equipment and controls service on client sites under supervision.
• Develop troubleshooting skills to resolve technical and customer issues through coaching and mentorship.
• Communicate job progress and issues to Honeywell, contractors, and customers as needed.
• Meet attendance requirements for required Union training during the first year.
• Provide recommendations to improve facility efficiency, including upselling opportunities.
• Prepare quotes to support recommendations and solutions.
