• Verify job details and ensure accurate coding for labor and warranties.
• Apply for and track permits for installations and service jobs.
• Assign and dispatch technicians based on skills and location.
• Answer inbound calls and schedule appointments with accurate windows.
• Register warranties and manage maintenance agreements.
• Generate service performance reports and support billing.
