Job summary

Trane Technologies is seeking an on-site HVAC technician to install and repair equipment at customer locations. You will coordinate with the team to forecast issues, gather materials, and synchronize on-site work, ensuring high customer satisfaction.

The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, about 5+ years of HVAC experience, EPA Certification, and a valid driver's license. Technical training is preferred and safety is a priority.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; typically 5+ years of HVAC experience.
• EPA Certification.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Technical school or formal training is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with team leader/project manager and customer to understand requirements for on-site installation and repairs by forecasting issues, gathering materials and synchronizing on-site work.
• Represent the company as the direct customer contact and diagnose/repair equipment and systems at the customer's location to ensure satisfaction.
• Use software and hand-tools to diagnose and repair units following blueprints or engineering specifications.
• Remain flexible to work overtime and weekends as required, including occasional overnight stays.
• Enforce safety to the highest standards and account for company assets.
