Job summary

Trane Technologies seeks an on-site HVAC technician to support installation and repair projects at customer locations. You will coordinate with project leaders, diagnose equipment, and ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and hands-on service.

The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, EPA certification, a valid driver’s license, and proficiency with MS Office and mobile devices.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Operating knowledge of Microsoft Office and working proficiency with handheld devices (smartphone, iPad).
• Must possess a valid driver’s license for at least 12 months with clean record.
• EPA Certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with team leader/project manager and customer to understand requirements for on-site installation and repairs.
• Represent the company by serving as the direct customer contact and manage products/equipment on projects, ensuring satisfaction.
• Use software and tools to diagnose and repair units according to blueprints or specifications.
• Willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed, including overnight stays.
• Adhere to safety standards and maintain security of company assets.
