Southern Industrial Constructors, Inc. seeks a Maintenance Technician (HVAC) for an on-going site in Batesville, MS. The role requires licensed handling of restricted refrigerants and includes Benefits/Paid Time Off after 3 months.

Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, repair of HVAC, freezers, chillers, and related systems, plus safety inspections and team mentorship. This is an on-going assignment with a focus on safe, compliant operations.

Qualificações

• Must be licensed by the State / Federal agencies to work with restricted refrigerants.
• Experience in preventive maintenance and repair of HVAC, freezers, chillers, heaters.
• Able to perform safety inspections per SIC policy and ensure compliance.
• Mentor and train other maintenance personnel.
• On-going site assignment in Batesville, MS.

Responsabilidades

• Perform maintenance/preventive maintenance and repair of HVAC systems in the facility.
• Maintain and repair freezers, chillers, and heaters.
• Perform PM on HVAC systems (filters, cleaning, lubrication).
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC equipment, chillers, and related systems.
• Teach, mentor, and train other maintenance personnel.
• Complete safety and general job training as required.
• Observe SIC safety processes and maintain a safe work area.
• Maintain a safe, clean, organized environment.
