Job summary

New England Mechanical Services is seeking an experienced Lead Operations/Maintenance Technician for a major customer in the Marlborough, MA area. This on-site role runs Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m.

to 3:30 p.m., and focuses on coordinating service calls and preventive maintenance with on-site technicians. You should be a well-rounded HVAC professional (5+ years preferred) who can work independently, take ownership of client needs, and ensure work is performed safely and on time.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current Massachusetts Refrigeration Technician License.
• EPA 608 Universal required.
• Commercial HVAC systems experience.
• Clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate preventive maintenance on HVAC equipment and related systems.
• Ensure service calls and preventive maintenance are organized and performed safely and on time.
• Interact with the client in a professional manner and maintain a neat appearance.
• Flexible to work overtime and weekends as demand requires.
