Job summary

Qualifications

• Journeyman level technician with HVAC experience.
• Experience inspecting and repairing mechanical HVAC equipment.
• Ability to interpret blueprints and manuals to maintain equipment.
• Ability to follow infection control procedures.

Responsibilities

• Inspect HVAC equipment for deficiencies and perform repairs.
• Interpret blueprints and manuals to maintain equipment and ensure safe operation.
• Perform preventive maintenance and monitor meters, gauges and warning devices.
• Repair major components like cooling towers, gear boxes and air handlers.
• Maintain water treatment and Legionella control systems as required.
• Complete and log work orders; report hours daily.
