Job summary

IES is seeking an HVAC Helper to support installation, service, replacement, or operational objectives at our Austin, TX sites. The role emphasizes quality workmanship, customer satisfaction, and collaboration with internal teams, customers, and vendors.

Candidates should have 0–2 years of related experience and a High School Diploma or GED (certifications/licenses preferred). This on-site position requires the ability to travel to job sites and pass pre-employment screenings.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (preferred).
• HVAC industry experience preferred; certifications/licenses are a plus when required by job duties.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and related systems.

Responsibilities

• Support HVAC operations and maintain quality workmanship.
• Ensure safety compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with internal departments, customers, subcontractors, and vendors as needed.
• Maintain accurate records and reporting for assigned responsibilities.
• Support process improvements and operational efficiency efforts.
