Qualifications

• 4+ years in commercial facility operations.
• EPA Universal CFC certification or willingness to obtain within first year.
• Strong knowledge of building systems and vendor management.
• Proficient with MS Office and CMMS; strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee building ops with system management, vendor coordination, and tenant relations.
• Prioritize facility operations and allocate resources across multiple maintenance activities.
• Manage vendor relationships, including scheduling, scope review, QA, and contractor management.
• Provide technical guidance to maintenance staff on complex building system issues.
• Lead troubleshooting across electrical, mechanical, DDC, and pneumatic controls.
