Qualifications

• 2+ years of HVAC and/or electrical experience.
• Trade certification or license preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting skills.
• Safety-minded and committed to quality workmanship.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems across housing and common areas.
• Diagnose and repair electrical distribution issues.
• Perform preventive maintenance on HVAC and electrical systems.
• Troubleshoot outages quickly to keep residents comfortable.
