Job summary

Cobalt Equipment seeks an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead our facilities team at a brand-new workforce housing community in Haskell, TX. This full-time role pays $34-$39/hr, features 12-hour shifts, and includes on-site housing and meals.

You will prioritize and assign work orders, oversee preventive maintenance of HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems, order parts, coordinate with outside vendors for larger repairs, and supervise the maintenance team on site.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of maintenance supervisory experience.
• Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Strong organizational and vendor coordination skills.
• Able to lead a hands-on team and respond quickly to urgent repairs.
